Born in Billings, MT on a cold snowy night to nomadic parents after way too many hours of labor -- I grew up in numerous places all over the continental United States before finally settling in Denver over 21 years ago -- because I'd "…never been there before..."

A vocalist and musical theater actor in high school and college, I was blessed with the opportunity of performing as a vocalist with the Miss Montana Pageant for over 6 years and traveling on a USO tour to VA hospitals. Since college, I've been involved with pursuing various ventures that "pay the bills" -- while still performing and continuing to explore my creative muses...

I'm currently a hypnotherapist and live in Denver with my significant other of over 20 years (without whose love, support and encouragement -- life's journey would be a lot more challenging -- Love ya sweetums!) We are joined on our journey through life by our four-legged companion Sasha, she is constantly reminding us that "it's really all about here and NOW!"

Goals: I want to seize the opportunities that Life and the Universe provide and arrive at the end of life completely satisfied that I've experienced all I was meant to experience and accomplished all that I was meant to accomplish in this lifetime... To positively impact the lives of everyone I hold near and dear to me -- it's a ponderously long list -- but y'all know who you are!!! To be a guide to those who want to transform portions of their lives, so they can achieve their full potential. To entertain and allow others to escape the realities of everyday Fifth-Sensory Life, if even for a brief moment...

Interests: Music (composing, vocal performance, listening); audio/video editing and recording; drawing/sketching; writing; collecting old movies (30's, 40's & 50's genres) on DVD; Disney & Warner Brothers cartoons; walking with the four-legged companions.... there are a lot of other things that I enjoy too, just not enough room to list them all!!!
